Warranty and Insurance

 

Loftstar is confident of the standard and quality of work we provide. So our loft conversion warranty will last for ten years.

A breakdown of your warranty can be found within your contract when you decide to appoint Loftstar for your project.

Your Loftstar project manager will meet with you to ensure you have the relevant documentation including your warranty.

This should include your point of contact in the event that you develop a fault with your loft conversion.

Please note, it is entirely normal for minor settlement cracks to appear after we have carried out your loft conversion. 

We recommend waiting for a minimum of 12 months after completion of your loft conversion. This is because a new structure needs time to settle and experience seasonal weather changes.

But if required, contact your customer service team to arrange a remedial team to come back and repair any minor settlement cracks.

We can also provide you with details of our insurance policy on request for peace of mind.
